The Deli Bistro Cook is responsible to ensure that customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation. Ensures high quality product preparation and that food safety standards are followed. Also ensures the proper handling and storage of food items, control of merchandise and the consistent preparation, presentation, cooking and dispensing of menu items. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have completed at least one year in a post secondary culinary program or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Must be 18 years of age. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum one year cooking experience in an “A la Carte” restaurant.
