We've heard a lot of salons are seeing a slump in business... (sorry to hear about that) yesterday we had a great day with at least a dozen new clients on top of our regulars. We also had about seven walk-ins. Why? Our reputation doesn't hurt, but who knows? And who's got time to think about it when you're busy? WE DO ! We just started the BBC (business building club) to coach and assist our hairdressers promote themselves and retain more clients. We are doing frequent education. We've got people entering NAHA.
