We are currently seeking a Property Manager for one of our large family affordable housing communities in Morgan Hill. This position requires knowledge and hands on experience with affordable housing as well as 2 years of property management. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES A. Ability to develop and implement site budgets and variance reporting. B. Skill in problem solving with staff, applicants and residents C. Knowledge of HUD, DFEH and ADA guidelines and other regulatory agency guidelines specific to site. D. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. E. Intermediate level computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet, e-mail). F. Ability to use initiative and think independently. G. Able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all communications with residents, vendors and staff. H. Sound judgment. Ability to work effectively with wide variety of personalities.
