Railton Place is a new tax credit affordable housing community in downtown San Francisco. Built by the Salvation Army, Railton Place houses foster youth emancipating from foster care system as well as Veterans and other single adults transitioning into housing. GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the overall operation of the property, and the day to day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure a wellmanaged, wellmaintained building; ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state and local laws, and processes housing applications for potential residents.
