Commercial Property Management company is seeking a Property Assistant. This position requires Commercial Property Management experience. this position will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager for administrative and accounting aspects necessary for the efficient operation and management of commercial real estate buildings/projects including customer service and customer relations, and light accounts payable and receivable. Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, corporate/regional, and leasing personnel. Handling responses to customer requests and/or complaints, establish and maintain favorable customer relations. Monitor service requests to ensure problems are properly resolved, responded to in a timely manner, and billed back to the customer when applicable.
