The Position : Under the direct supervision of the Intake Manager, the Intake and Outreach Representative responds to calls from people inquiring about CEI program services and assists prospective participants through the intake process. Additionally, the Intake and Outreach Representative attends outreach events such as health fairs and conducts presentations to increase the awareness of CEI within the community and generate referrals. The Intake and Outreach Representative works collaboratively with members of the marketing team and interdisciplinary team staff to ensure that prospects and referral sources receive the highest level of customer service possible.
