CLSEPA has an immediate opening for a part-time attorney for its Anti-Predatory Lending / Home Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Program. This Program provides counsel and legal representation for borrowers facing foreclosure. The attorney for this position will have the unique opportunity to work in an evolving practice during a foreclosure crisis requiring innovative and coordinated response. In addition to carrying out a caseload of foreclosure prevention matters, this attorney will provide pro se assistance, case consultations and engage in community education.
