Customer Service: 2+ years of call center experiance in bound calls.Answers customer calls and inquiries. Ensures continuous phone coverage and minimizes customer queue or wait times. Responds accurately to inquiries; providing pricing, terms, availability, terms & conditions, etc. Accurately records and processes all types of orders and quotations: reagents, instruments, options, sample, free of charge, replacements, standing. Resolves order and shipping issues and maintains detailed records of transactions. Ensures correct accounts are used to apply appropriate discounts and track purchases against contracts. Ensures appropriate approval and documentation is present before completing transactions. Interacts with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Technical Product Support, and other functional groups to request information needed to process quotes and orders to request date.
