Needed: -Most Importantly! A SOLID Metal Drummer: Can hold a band together. Double pedal is a must, but used tastefully. Be willing and able to play to a click in the studio for God Sake! -Guitars: 1 maybe 2 guitars. Shredding isn't everything! Be able to write creative/original haunting rhythms.
