Hi! My husband and I recently purchased our first townhouse in lovely Capitola, CA and are looking to rent out our 2nd bedroom from Dec- March (dates are slightly flexible.) First off a little bit about us. My husband, Bradley, is a city planner for Watsonville and works from 7:30 am- 5:30 pm Monday- Thursday. I just started my own organic baby food company and am currently working both out of the home office and in a commercial kitchen space. We are both in our mid/late twenties, clean, responsible, kind, and friendly. We have always lived with roommates and are used to sharing our space with others. We have never had any house rules but do always clean up after ourselves, pay our bills on time, and try to respect everyone's various needs in terms of quiet time and shared spaces.
