Washer and dryer in the unit and brand new appliances. Laminate flooring through out the whole condo. The room is 12'x12' and has a large closet. Very clean environment and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Highway 80 is a 2-3 minute drive and highway 4 is about the same. Also there is a shuttle system that will take you to BART located near by as well. There is a small shopping center near by with a starbucks,gas station, burger king, and other restaurants.
