The primary responsibility of the Undercover Loss Prevention Specialist is to provide safety policies to our customers. If you are dedicated and professional regarding your job, and if you're ready for commitment, this is the job for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in ensuring customer / associate safety
- Posses good customer service techniques
-Recover assets and/or make safe apprehensions
-Ensure compliance with company apprehension guidelines
-Serve as support to store manager
-Train new associates on LP Standards and Procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
-Loss Prevention Background Required
-Minimum 2 years Loss Prevention experience required, in the retail environment
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Fluent in English (fluent in other languages is a plus)
-Successful Background Check including a drug screen
-Ability to work nights & weekends
Necessary Skills:
-Excellent Observation Skills
-Ability to make a Good Decision under Pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented and willing to adhere to established company expectation
- Must be detailed and task oriented in investigative techniques
-Positive attitude and a good team player
