Flex/Security Officers
ABM Security Services – Silicon Valley Area
ABM Security Services is the industry’s premier provider of highly trained security personnel to a wide range of clients across the country.
Flex Officers Requirements:
Patrol facility or man post as instructed and serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property, client or employees at the site. Report all incidents, accidents or medical emergencies. Respond to emergencies, and to alarms by following emergency response procedures. These Officers will cover client sites during call off’s, vacations, and extra coverage requests.
Security Officer Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year verifiable work history
• Valid California Guard Card
• Must pass drug screening
• No criminal convictions as specified under ABM Security guideline
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Minimum High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality
• Neat and professional appearance
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to work swing and/or grave shifts
