Fresh Choice Restaurants, LLC, located in Newark, CA, is seeking an experienced Baker/Mixer to work in our Bakehouse located in San Francisco. Fresh Choice is poised to grow and hence this is a great opportunity for a talented individual that wants to grow with the concept.

Positions report directly to the Bakehouse Manager.

Ideal Baker/Mixer candidate will have the following:
- Experienced in high volume manufacturing with manufacturing mentality
- Must have knowledge of baking formulations
- Ability to create wide scale of recipes from simple to high end gourmet
- Ability to lead a team as this position will grow to a supervisory level
- Adaptable and able to work well in a constantly changing environment
- Understands SOP’s, GMP’s and all other relevant manufacturing
- Understands the importance of team motivation and leadership
- MUST LOVE AND APPRECIATE GOOD FOOD
