POSITION: Custom Water Bottles (CWB) Production Supervisor
REPORTS TO: CWB Production Manager
LOCATION: Specialized Bicycle Components, Morgan Hill
HOURS: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. In charge of taking care of recurring and monitoring expenses
2. Make sure there are enough shop supplies
3. Place purchase orders and work with suppliers on pricing.
4. Work with Job Coaches and clients of HOPE. Help establish new Clients into Production and review existing clients.
5. Manage hours and schedules of direct reports
6. Be capable to conduct employee reviews
7. Communicate with sales on orders and scheduling.
8. Cut PO’s for vendors and establish shipping deliveries of raw materials.

EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years experience in a high volume Production environment.
- Computer experience essential: Word and Excel required. Oracle preferred, or must be capable of learning Oracle 11i.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Must be able to multitask and have the ability to problem solve.
2. Must possess basic math skills.
3. Must be self-motivated and responsible.
4. Familiar with Hazmat a plus.
5. Must be personable and communicate well.
6. Familiar with shipping and warehousing a plus.
7. Familiar with Screen Printing a plus.
8. Familiar with various plastics and in the manufacturing of them.
