Lead CNC Lathe Machinist – Program / Setup / Run
A&D Precision, a growing contract manufacturer located in south Fremont, CA (Bay Area) and is currently searching for an eager and energetic individual for the position of Journeymen Lead CNC Lathe Machinist.
The right candidate would be capable of programming, setting up, and running CNC lathes to build a variety of parts from basic to complex prototype and production parts in a fast paced Job shop. This position is a lead position in a small CNC lathe department of 3 machines.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the requirements listed below that are representative of the experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required..
Professional acceptance of responsibilities and quality of work
Five years minimum experience on CNC lathes. ( programming, setup, run )
Strong blueprint reading skills, for interpretation of drawings, notes, revisions, GD&T, tolerances, symbols, etc.
Team player able to work with others and provide guidance when needed.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
