Fast-paced custom manufacturer of OEM plastic components is looking for a CNC Machinist.

Duties will include:
Set up, operate and knowledge of CNC machines; Mills, Lathes and Horizontals. Set up and operate semi complex parts for tape down and vise jobs with minimal supervision. Keep machine clean and well lubricated and work area orderly.
Perform duties in accordance with company policies. Perform other duties as required.
Follow preventative maintenance procedures on equipment as prescribed by the supervisor and report operating difficulties of equipment.
Make proper labor and time reports.


Position Requirement:
Ability to work from work orders, routings, drawings, process drawings & layout sheets, blueprints and procedures. Ability to follow oral and written English instructions and basic reading and writing and math skills. Ability to read and understand basic part programs. Able to accurately inspect all part dimensions that can be checked with basic measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer, ID or OD, Height gages and pin gages)
Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement including productivity, quality, safety, environmental and ergonomics.
Able to lift and maneuver materials, tools or dies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requires a minimum of 5 years previous work experience on CNC equipment doing comparable work.
Experience in operating Haas and FADAL machines.
Must be able and willing to work various shifts.
