Production Manager
A food manufacture is looking for a production manager in Hayward, CA. Must have strong food manufacture production background and be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating of the all production activities. This position is a tremendous management career opportunity in a positively challenging organization. Responsible for 100 employees on multiple departments of Dry and Liquid factories. Require 8－10 years experience in food production and 5+ years management experience in production.　Prefer 4years degree. 　Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Monitoring the Productivity for Liquid and Dry Factory.
Monitoring Daily Labor Cost in order to maintain the company budget.
Reviewing Production Reports: Analysis, correction and approval for filing.
Monitoring Filing Reports System (done by assistant)
Monitoring the Kanban System (Creation of Documents and printing for production)
Monitoring Production profiles System. Update production Profiles after its first production and for any other reason.
Production scheduling base on daily received orders and delivery dates.
Production scheduling adjustments due to delays, machine trouble shootings or costumers rush orders.
Production test scheduling base on customer request and company open time.
Production down time control and analysis.
Assisting production needs of any matter during 24 hrs a day (physically and over the phone).
Make a receive calls from any customer and department related with Senba production Department.
