East Bay manufacturer of precision machined components and electomechanical assemblies for the semiconductor, medical, communications, and aerospace industries seeks a talented team member. Fast paced manufacturing environment.

Duties:
Responsible for source selection and procurement functions directly associated with the company's needs for indirect materials and services, tooling, subcontracting, and production materials and services. These products and services are to be secured at cost, quality, and delivery competitive levels consistent with company policy and performance standards. This position is further responsible for the timely planning, scheduling of receipt and inventory control of the products and services as assigned by production requirements as appropriatley concluded with the production manager.

Skills Required:
3 to 5 yrs experience in procurement and planning
Must be a self-starter and have ability to adapt to rapid changes in a fast paced environment
Must have good PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, database applications, VISTA preferred
Able to work independently and wtih cross-functional teams and vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
