We are looking for a pcb assembly supervisor and process engineer. The position entails all aspects of operating and supervising several surface mount lines, as well as through hole lines. Responsibilities include maintaining production schedule and supervising equipment maintenance, programming and profiling.
Supervise a team of experienced pcb assembly operators. Focus on training, organizing, and scheduling surface mount and through hole departments. Must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
Technical: Minimum five years experience supporting PCBA processes. Extensive experience and working knowledge of programming, maintaining, repairing and operating surface mount pick and place machines, reflow ovens, profiling systems, stencil printers. Capable of identifying issues and objectively finding root cause and initiating corrective action.
