Hi, my name is Mark and you guessed it, I’m unemployed and desperately seeking work, actually a real job taxes and all. I have been web surfing the internet job search engines for months now, to no avail, including craigslist ads and it’s time to try a new approach.
I have been working construction most all of my life, as seen on my resume below. I no longer have my tools or truck, so that’s out??? Besides I am 52 years old and would like to find something else to do for the rest of my life, not quite as strenuous as building houses, although I am still physically fit, quite healthy and in excellent physical condition. Still able and capable if you have tools and need someone for your crew, siding, painting, wood/tile floors, doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, interior/ exterior trim work, all bathroom/ kitchen remodeling, framing, actually anything to do with the construction of a residence or light commercial building. I realize that I won’t be making the kind of money that I used too. I can, probably, come up with a set of bags and hand tools. Here is your chance to hire someone with a ton of knowledge for cheap!
I am trying to transition into another field of employment also. Maybe something along the lines of apartment or building maintenance/ restoration/ demolition, maybe property management, installation, janitorial, custodian, property caretaker, shipping and receiving, driving or delivery, ( have valid CDL & clean MVR), any kind of entry level employment. I would like it to be above board. I am a clean cut individual and have business and personal references.
