CPA firm in St. Helena seeks word processor for part time position with ability to work full time based on workflow. St. Helena is in the heart of the Napa Valley and this is a unique opportunity to work with accounting professionals that service clients in the wine industry.

Job Description :
• Responsible for formatting, editing, and proofing financial statements as well as correspondence letters to clients.
• Assist with drafting the financial statements.
• Limited role assisting with office administrative duties, such as answering phones, filing, and billing.

Required Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous technical writing, formatting, and editing experience is preferred.
• Bookkeeping experience is an added bonus.
• Must be familiar with financial statement content and presentation.
• Must be motivated and have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Must be organized and maintain accurate records.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly proficient with Word and Excel.
