Primary Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): The primary responsibility of this position is proofreading and crosschecking pharmaceutical sponsored content for accurate use of grammar, spelling, and style consistency.

Applying corrections of proofed copy

Ensure that all unsupported characters, as dictated by the training manual, have been converted to plain text

Must be capable of proofreading a large volume of material in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Pays strict attention to details

Skills Required:

Min. of 4-5 years’ proofreading experience

Detail-oriented with good written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Customer service orientation

Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage the projects to accomplish desired results

Proficient in Microsoft Word

Ability to work in a team environment

Experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry a plus
