ODA (within the WeissComm Group) is a San Francisco-based creative agency that specializes in branding and marketing communications. We provide a variety of creative services, including brand strategy, identity development, print design, website development, and trade show promotions.
ODA is looking for a front-end developer to work with our engineering, creative, and account teams to support building corporate websites for our clients. You should have strong skills in standards-based XHTML and CSS and professional level JavaScript. You will produce web pages from graphical designs on tight timelines.
You should enjoy working in a small group, capable of learning fast, and possess good time management skills. Local applicants only please!
Responsibilities:
Develop pixel perfect HTML from PSDs
Site development, testing, and site maintenance
Provide work estimates and deliver top quality code on schedule
Qualifications:
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Minimum 4 years of experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript
Able to solve browser compatibility issues
Ability to communicate with clients and manage projects
Energetic and proactive
Nice to Have:
Agency experience
CMS experience
Social Media experience
Knowledge of HTML email development and email systems
Experience with templating languages (ColdFusion, PHP, etc.)
Experience with SEO
Ajax and JQuery
ColdFusion 8 expertise
MSSQL or IIS experience
Flash experience and knowledge of Actionscript
