Stanford visiting scholar/entrepreneur needs 4 developers to meet tight deadline for web version of next gen, pre-angel mobile social media platform initially focused on video micro-blogging with compelling revenue model. Group has lots of business development experience and traction including high-profile relationships with A-list celebrities and Silicon Valley institutions. Launch to be aligned with the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Create in a highly-distributed, collaborative, agile, rapid-prototyping environment. Payback in form of equity w/escalating salary @ point of angel. Willing to discuss co-founder status for super-skilled. Minimum qualifications include:
Back-end (2):
• PHP programming experience.
• Experience with MVC application frameworks, preferably in a web development context. (Familiarity with Zend framework is a plus, but not required).
• SQL Database management experience.
• Video experience (codec APIs, optimization, etc) a plus.
Front-end (2):
• Web design experience, (XHTML 1.1 standards).
• JavaScript integration and CSS templating experience.
• Web graphics design experience with Adobe Fireworks/Photoshop or similar software.
