We conceptualize, design and develop creative online brand solutions and web applications for international and domestic customers. We are looking for awesome people to join our newly opened San Francisco agency. You must be an all round interactive designer with innovative ideas and the skill to produce them. Designer Responsibilities
- Pitch & concept development
- Creative & Technical problem solving
- Project leadership, ability to lead a production team and keep development within its timeline
- To design using the latest standards and concepts
- To constantly improve and learn
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills to work with people at all levels
- Collaborate with our UK team
- A self-motivated, detail-orientated individual with effective, proactive communications skills
- Strong teamwork, communication skills and time management abilities a must
- Reliability
- Strong typography
Technical Skills
- Mac or PC
- Adobe CS4 Suite – (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash Essential – After Effects – Nice to have)
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- xHTML & CSS (Essential - ability to hand write)
- Action Script (Essential - intermediate level)
- PHP, .NET, Java (Would be an advantage, but not essential)
Our ideal candidate would have a well-rounded portfolio of both Flash and xHTML websites, although an excellent portfolio of any type of work could get you the job.
