Small marketing firm is looking for an experienced SEO professional to sell and implement client SEO projects. You would be responsible for fielding client sales calls/emails, drafting proposals, creating an SEO plan, and performing implementation. This is a work from home position. You should have a strong grasp of website coding language, current SEO techniques, and be comfortable with client calls and communications. Depending on your skill set, this could be a part time or full time position - the more you know how to do and are comfortable doing, the more work we'll have for you!
It is essential that you have a reliable, high speed internet connection at home.
Based on our experience, a 30 day trial period works best to determine whether the candidate and the job are a fit. Compensation will be based on the following:
15% commission on closed sales for sale-only role
15% commission on closed sale plus 35% for implementation (50% total)
or
flat hourly rate of $35-$65/hour (DOA)
We prefer that you have:
A strong command of the English language
Ability to consistently meet, or beat, deadlines
Strong organizational skills (ok, VERY strong!)
Flexible schedule
Self-motivation
Reliable transportation (when meetings are necessary)
Strong references
We would like someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience with:
SEO
HTML
CSS
PHP
.Net
Dreamweaver
Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Web site optimization
Keyword research
Web site analytics implementation and analysis
It would also be great if you have familiarity with:
AJAX
Wordpress as a CMS
Social Media
Viral linking
