Receiver Design, Inc. is a San Francisco based, multidisciplinary interactive design agency.
Located in the historic Mission District of San Francisco, Receiver specializes in experiential design across digital and analog mediums including web, mobile and film. For the past 7 years we’ve built our business around creativity, technology, and usability. We have a small team of professionals wtih deep subject matter expertise in user experience, technology and branding. Receiver also includes an experimental art & project space , which hosts the work of national and international artists. Receiver is a socially conscious company and is dog friendly.
Receiver seeks an experienced interactive project manager / producer to join our creative team.
In spite of the universe's constant beer pong competition, you are organized, creative and a natural broker of interactive services for large corporate clients, high-end brands and large ad agencies. A cool, calmly calculating and highly motivated communications expert is encouraged to apply:
Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations and communications
- Produce award-winning websites, applications and creative
services
- Manage project development process and resources
- Project schedules, estimates, purchase orders, and final
billing
- Mentor and lead interactive designers and developers
- Contribute to concept and strategy
- Champion best practices and emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- A complete understanding of the life-cycle of web
development
- 5 years of experience in interactive design with 2-3 years of
team/project leadership
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Fluency with MS
Project, Merlin and/or other project management tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent prioritization, organizational and development
skills
- Must be a strong team player with the will to get things
done
- Experience with a Web analytic reporting tool (such as Google
Analytics)
- A passion for all things interactive
- A strong portfolio of directly related projects
- Compensation: Freelance to start with immediate consideration for full-time status with health benefits, vacation and sick time (PTO). Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco. Pay is commensurate with experience. Receiver is an EOE.
