AcquireWeb, Inc. is an online marketing data-services company established in 2000 and located in Foster City. AcquireWeb, Inc. is rapidly growing company looking to expand within our communications group. The Communications Group is responsible for managing the marketing communications for our list of Blue-Chip Clients. We are searching for a project communications assistant to work in our Foster City office. The hours for this office are 7 am to 4 pm.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

The right candidate will be mature, settled individual with good customer service skills and a high level of integrity, a good work ethic and ability to work with a team. Plus have outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, great communication skills and ability to troubleshoot client issues.

To be successful in this position you must have the following qualifications:

Basic HTML knowledge
Dreamweaver and Photoshop knowledge
Able to use search engines and navigate thru the internet
Administrative knowledge of MS Office Suite software
Multitask multiple projects and ability to accept change
Answer telephones and assist clients in a professional, courteous manner

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Run and manage Campaign Email Management software (Will train)
Interact with Client regarding campaign and make adjustments or corrections
Maintain company web site
Creating and editing html messages and docs
