Summary:
Provide facility and maintenance services that consist of, but not limited to, general cleaning, maintenance, painting, repairs and minimal grounds keeping.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With:
o Light maintenance such as repairing fixtures, locks, shelving and other general maintenance jobs as necessary
o Painting
o Order cleaning and maintenance supplies
o Deliver packages on a daily basis
o Wash walls and woodwork, as necessary, through the building and garage
o Run errands such as hardware store and supply store.
o Minimal grounds keeping
o Repair and maintenance of plumbing, lighting and electrical
o Furniture assembly
o Solid communications skills
o Strong emphasis on customer service
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Experience/Qualifications:
o Knowledge of materials, methods, machines and supplies used to maintain office building
o Ability to lift and push a minimum of 50 lbs, reaching overhead and repetitive movement
o Minimum High School education
o Minimum 3 years of related work experience in building maintenance
o Drivers License with clean driving record required
