Our company is profitable, and we expect to bring revenue to $20 million run rate in the next 12 months. Our investors include venture capitalists and private equity individuals. with a net worth of over $500 million. We are aggressively hiring in a large variety of positions, from entry level sales and marketing to a Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Sales or Senior DBA. Total compensation is commiserating with industry experience.

Qualifications


VP or Director of Marketing:

- Bachelor degree required, but MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communication is also preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Must be able to manage marketing with a budget of 1 million
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience.
- Must be comfortable leading and working with partners in marketing, development, and sales.
- Solid Excel experience including pivot tables, macros, etc.


Senior Media Buyer, Radio and Television and Display Advertising Media Buyer / Manager

- Bachelor degree required
- 5+ years of experience in media buying or relevant advertising operations experience
- Must be able to keep up to date with industry research figures, including distribution figures (newspapers and magazines) and audience figures (TV and radio)
- Excellent communications, pitching, negotiation, and analytic skills
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint


SEO/SEM Manager

- Bachelor Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in technical consultative and strategic sales in the professional services, marketing field or interactive media. Experience on direct marketing role - online (SEM, email, affiliates, display, etc.) or offline (direct mail, catalog, etc.) is a plus
- Strong orientation towards execution/task completion and process management
- Solid grasp of online marketing & optimization best practices
- Ability to assess and resolve situational problems in a timely manner
