Position Overview:
Part Time Video Editor
Ooyala is seeking a part-time and highly-talented video editor to edit and create high-quality, aesthetically appealing corporate videos with quick turnarounds. Videos will range from 30 second ad spots to promotion videos featuring new products to customer case studies. You will work closely with the design team to create videos that align with our creative direction. With the right fit this would be continuous project work based on performance; we will constantly have video editing needs.
Requirements:
- Must have freelance experience or be currently pursuing a related multimedia degree.
- Solid editing background with your own FCP system and ability to FTP.
- Ability to follow creative direction and work with producers.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects under pressure.
- In the Bay Area and able to work from Ooyala's Mountain View office as needed.
