About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic video professional to tell our client’s story on the Web. The Corporate Video Producer should be a good storyteller who can deliver powerful, informative case studies in short video segments and montages (approx. 3 minutes or less). The ideal candidate should be able to handle all aspects of pre- and post-production including scheduling, managing, shooting, directing, editing, optimizing and uploading of all video and webinar assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with marketing to develop, produce and manage all video and webinar concepts.
• Edit, produce and catalog video assets
• Record and post produce weekly webinars
• Work with our clients to identify potential stories
• Create and manage a production calendar to ensure a steady stream of media assets.


Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience managing video productions, including supervising production, scheduling, directing, audio and video editing
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro or comparable editing software (facility with Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Experience encoding and optimizing video for the web
• Strong attention to detail while working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines, and prioritizing based on urgency of projects.
• Ability to think creatively to introduce to new usage, concepts and processes for video and webinar assets
• Excellent project management skills and passion for high-quality results delivered on time and on budget.
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels of the company and work productively and smoothly in a team environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~15%)
