WANSHIH is a one of the leading Cable OEM / ODM company in Taiwan with three mass-production factories in China, which specialize in high end mini coaxial cable, NB, LCD cables and low end Power Cord, USB, Cat 5 cable. We also design and manufacture wireless antenna & RF cable to extend our service field. Hereby now looking for full time FAE in Cupertino to support one of our major customers.
Responsibilities Include:
• Maintaining good support & initial actions with local customers in the area of service business.
• Constantly communicate with customers and getting closer to updating the drawing & specifications, modification, renew or re-design and sample requirement…etc.
• Working as a bridge between customer locally and company overseas in Taiwan & China
• Work from home with fully communication (Skype, E-mail, Phone, Fax…). Meeting with customer in their office as needed.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience or OEM business experience related to cable or antenna assembly field is plus.
• BSME or BSEE or equivalent in work experience
• Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with engineer drawing software such as AutoCAD, Pro E, Solid works…
• Self-starter that manages time and activities with interaction from management
• Excellent listening skills resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. Must be able to listen for opportunities as well as potential technical hurdles.
• Language: English (Fully control), Mandarin (Listening and speaking)
• Travel as needed, if possible had Taiwanese passport that would be welcome.
