Right90 is seeking a highly motivated and capable individual to work as part of the Customer Support group. The primary responsibility is working directly with customers to support the Right90 suite of Sales Forecasting application. Responsibilities:
Provide first-class phone, Web and email support for Right90 customers.
Troubleshoot product issues including data analysis to identify the root cause.
Document support cases and resolutions, suggesting & writing knowledge base articles as needed.
Test for product bugs & log issues for development team.
Deliver feedback to product development team, based on product usage and customer input.
Contribute to ongoing process & workflow improvement.
Log customer data and all communications accurately and thoroughly in internal systems.
Requirements:
2 -3 years experience supporting customers or in customer-facing role.
4-year Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to go the extra mile & put in long hours, when needed.
Comfortable working with numbers data (Right90 is a Sales Forecasting application).
Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS)
Strong SQL Server or Oracle database query skills.
Other desired skills PHP, XML, XSL, .Net
