PGB Solutions, Inc is a technology and services company based in Burlingame, CA. The company provides technology consulting and services to mortgage lenders. We’re in the process of expanding our business to include a suite of verification and reporting services that we can offer to our existing and new customers. In connection with this expansion we are looking to hire a full time Application Development and Support Engineer to start immediately at our Burlingame office.

The Application Development and Support Engineer will be responsible for the integration and support of various report processing systems and will also participate in the development of such programs. This person will monitor performance of software after implementation and provide customer support. He/She will provide first line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise to answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve specific product related issues.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Field, track, troubleshoot, escalate and resolve technical support requests for web-based in-house applications
- Be able to troubleshoot web server/database server problems at a high level
- Use in-house tools to monitor application performance
- Effectively communicate with customers, the company’s executive and technology teams and vendors to manage and support the reporting service processes
- Lead and guide a group of customer support and report processing specialists
- Modify existing software applications as well as participate in the development of new programs

Minimum Qualifications:

- Very good understanding of .NET based web application technologies
- Demonstrated experience with writing SQL queries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to quickly adapt to different tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

- $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
