Desktop Support Consultants needed for Ticket Support in San Jose, CA starting ASAP for 3 months
This is working for a major Telecommunications Company contacting users that tickets are received and follow up with users.
Techs need to be well versed in all levels of desktop suport as the ticket work may vary depending on what needs to be done, some of it might be grunt work.
Techs should have their A+ certification and 4-6 yrs experience with file/data transfer, imaging, application installations and data migration work
**Will need to go through a Standard Background Check for Criminal/Felony
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hr
Scope of Project: Desktop Support/ Ticket Work
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. hours may vary depending on the work load
