Laser Printer Technician I

Mr. Copy / Fax City established in 1996 is currently the largest Xerox Agent / Dealer in the United States and is searching for Laser Technicians in the following locations:

Silicon Valley

General Description:
We’re searching for field service technicians, responsible for 5-7 service calls per day in a pre-defined territory and other assigned tasks. You need to be able to work independently and in a team environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, supporting, installing and repairing printers, fax machines, copiers and other desktop laser equipment in the field.

Job Requirements:
Basic electronics background / understanding (Electronics Degree preferable)
Working knowledge and understanding of PC/Mac systems is a plus
Knowledge of HP and Xerox machines
Able to read schematics
Able to follow directions
Good verbal and written communication skills
Clean driving record with dependable transportation
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Good self esteem and confidence
