The Company
Based in San Francisco, Olive is manufacturer and retailer of high-end digital audio products (www.olive.us,www.olivehifi.com) seeking an experienced associate for phone-based customer support and sales.

The Position
Olive Media prides itself on delivering the highest quality customer service and support to its valued clientele and is looking for a friendly, well spoken and tech-savvy player to join our growing team. As part of Olive Customer Care, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales related inquires and product questions as well as providing support to current customers. This position requires a fair degree of technical savvy due to the nature of our products. Candidates with previous experience in either tech support or consumer electronics customer service is highly desirable. Audio-enthusiasts and music lovers welcome!

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. Commission eligible based on sales results.
Location: San Francisco, SOMA
Job Type: Full-Time hourly position
Start Date: ASAP

Position Requirements
• Good listening and problem solving skills with keen ability to clearly communicate technology to a less-technical end user
• General technology and gadget savvy, including knowledge of basic home networking (routers, encryption, IP/DHCP etc.), digital audio formats (MP3, WAV, FLAC etc.) and audio related components (speakers, amplifiers etc.)
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service and phone etiquette
• Ability to maintain a high level of service in a busy call environment
