JOB TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Seeking a bilingual (English & Chinese) customer support representative to join a fun, energetic team in a growing start up with a great product in San Francisco.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing excellent customer service/support via phone and email to our global clientele.
- Resolving the queries within the time limits specified.
- Documenting call metrics and issue resolution.
- Identifying issues that require escalation and following escalation procedure.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this position is bilingual in English and Chinese and has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Customer-focused with great listening skills.
- High aptitude for computer applications, proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Able to multi-task - must be detail orientated.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Telecom support experience, particularly with mobile, a plus.
- Hardworking and flexible with a professional attitude.
EXPERIENCE
Strongly desire candidates with a B.A. or B.S. – new grads are welcome to apply! Prior experience doing customer service is also preferred. Although Chinese is a requirement, other languages are a plus. Please indicate all foreign language skills on your application or resume.
