Lead Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Technical Support Engineer to become the foundation of world-class support organization. This
position will be tasked with laying the ground work for an entire organization with a tremendous opportunity for growth. You will also
have the day-to-day responsibilities for working with a wide range of healthcare providers across the country.
• Responsibilities
o Manage all incoming support issues from customers and respond according to the appropriate service level agreement
o Develop scalable processes to grow support team to meet customer growth
o Define tools and infrastructure required to support products deployed across the country
o Provide remote support Field Operations teams in the deployment of new systems
o Manage relationships with Engineering and Quality Assurance to address technical issues from the field
• Technical Skills
o Experience working with enterprise level, multi-tiered, applications
o Experience supporting enterprise Healthcare applications using HL7
o Understanding of the following is desired (though not required): Relational databases (preferably MySQL), Apache Tomcat,
Management software including systems/network monitoring applications, Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems,
Enterprise level backup, anti-virus and security, General knowledge of networking systems
o Proven analytical skills in a fast paced support environment
o Able to successfully prioritize and work with multiple open support tickets
• Requirements
o Live in and around San Francisco Bay Area
o 2+ years in a Technical Support role in an Enterprise Support Operation
