Purpose of Job:
Daymen US is the parent company of Lowepro, Acme Made and Camera Armor brands. Our strategy is to be the leading provider of premium-branded, protective cases for imaging and select electronic equipment.
The Business Systems Analyst position will support quality software solutions to improve business processes and provide a solid return on investment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various IS project initiatives as well as supporting business users with the various applications being utilized throughout the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops and executes on project plans for IS application implementations including: initial planning, business user training, outside consultant management and post go-live support, as necessary.
• Manages and documents current and future IS systems with business users, third party business partners/vendors.
• Acts as a functional liaison between business users and contracted support personnel.
• Defines and documents business requirements and solution proposals for business process modifications and enhancements for existing and future IS systems. Works with business users to determine the information they need to successfully manage our business.
• Provides ongoing support to the business community regarding application functionality, business processes and data integrity.
• Partners with business stakeholders to understand the current and future business requirements and assesses existing IT infrastructure, business best practices and business objectives to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Provides backup support with IT team for data transfers between the business and third party vendor(s) on a daily basis.
• Ensures timely issue identification, root cause analysis and resolution.
• Document “lessons learned” following project completion and shares results with management.
• Coordinates legacy/future IS system modifications, supports system retirement plan/strategy and migration teams with data retention, migration and reconciliation procedures.
• Support eCommerce order management applications and all related interface data points for both direct to consumer and business to business.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiating skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, SQL, Microsoft Great Plains systems/software
• Experience in successfully delivering quality IT projects with teams of business and technical resources.
• Experience building Information Systems and IT Infrastructure with partners and vendors is essential.
• Experience with project management “best practices” including software development and standard project management methodologies.

• Team player to works pro-actively and takes ownership with business partners, IT teams and project teams to achieve project deliverables.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to be on call for support as required.
• Experience with EDI and Data Warehousing
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with a range of systems including Inventory Control, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, CRM, Planning, EDI and Distribution systems.

Travel Requirements:
Less than 1% may be required including domestic and overseas travel.
