What we are looking for:
Senior Business analysts who have a hybrid skill set in technology and finance. Senior Business Analysts who have implemented SAP and who are either MBAs, CFAs or Financial Analysts who are interested in working as a W2’d employee of Beyer & Kelley, serving our clients on a project basis. These individuals will work at our client’s sites on projects that range from defining business requirements to creating blueprints, to configuring systems, to documenting testing strategies and performing testing to ensure that business requirements are being fulfilled. Candidates should be comfortable with report writing, troubleshooting and building dashboards. Modeling, treasury knowledge and/or financial analysis are a definite plus.

Qualifications:
Must have a degree in technology; a double major in MIS/Finance is a plus. At least 7 years of professional experience
MBA or CFA
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and must have a highly advanced knowledge of Excel
Must have served on a SAP implementation team
Must possess strong organizational and written and oral communication skills
Must possess a positive, client service orientation and a strong work ethic
