SUMMARY
Grocery Outlet's intranet programmer is responsible for managing the internal (intranet) web site. He or she must be well versed in Microsoft .Net technologies and IIS as well as general database knowledge. Some work will also be required to maintain our external public website. In addition this position requires providing technical support and backup for other IT functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
{ Design and implement internal and external web pages
{ Design and develop applications used in all stores
{ Publish company forms and documentation on internal web site
{ Integrate departmental web pages into cohesive intranet
{ Manage user requests with respect to timetables and implementation schedules
{ Provide end user support for office, warehouses and stores as needed
{ Perform other duties as assigned.
{ Communicate status of projects to management
{ Investigate new technologies to benefit Grocery Outlet
{ Provide weekend support on rotation basis for stores and office
