Growing company is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer/Manager to join our team.

This position will serve as the main systems operator for our company, and will be responsible for the integrity and upkeep of our database, servers and systems.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Define the integration between new development projects and existing systems, software and hardware
- Improvements and customizations as needed to our CRM
- Security and patch management of systems
- Backup/restore and disaster recovery
- Provide assistance and technical guidance to other team members

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience, ideally in a corporate setting (but not required)
- Must be fast-paced, and able to adapt quickly as project goals and objectives change
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe project details to individuals in and outside of your field
- Independent worker who can take initiative and determine what projects are needed without being told
