As the Manager, Information Systems for La Clinica, based in our Oakland headquarters your primary mission will be to oversee our IS function from working with our software vendors, customizing data and reporting, selecting and implementing new systems and managing the IS team.  Your solid understanding of the PICK database system, medical practice management systems, specifically Merritt Systems, Foundation Systems, and i2i Systems will ensure you hit the ground running in our current environment.  You will work closely with our department heads and executive management to understand their unique data and reporting needs.  Draw upon your professional communication, time management, and prioritization skills to implement solutions with minimal interruptions to day-to-day business.  We will look to you to ensure your team, comprised of two analysts and a programmer, are working cohesively towards common, organization-wide goals.  As such, your background in mentoring, training, and hands-on leadership will be critical to your success.  A proven track record of project management, delivering on time and on, or under, budget will make you an invaluable member of our cross-functional team.  Join our team today to take advantage of this unique opportunity to ensure both your professional and personal growth and satisfaction.
