Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a software related discipline; Master's degree preferred

15+ years experience

5+ years management experience in complex environments

10 + years of Business Intelligence/ Data Warehousing/ Analytics experience

Must have expert understanding and experience with building and deploying Business Intelligence and analytics applications

Architecture experience in large data warehouse implementations

Exceptional technology knowledge and experience in data warehouse methodologies and BI practices, including data management, data integration and analytics system architecture

Familiar with BI tools such as Cognos, Business Objects and/or Microstrategy Experience with SaaS technologies a must

Proven track record of designing and delivering multiple Datawarehouse/Analytics/BI platforms.

Extensive expertise and/or demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools, designing, reporting and delivering analytical solutions; data management and warehousing, and the strategic use of information. Experience must include strong skills in research, analysis and data management.

Provide technical leadership to help influence the short and longer term Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap and the direction of application projects from data capture through application design & implementation.

Participate in research, requirements definition, planning, design and execution of BI projects at Enterprise level.

Must be self-motivated and independent

Must be a hands-on contributor while managing a large team

Must be detail oriented, well-organized and able to multi-task

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
