Zynga is looking for an exceptional Oracle Business System Analyst (BSA) for HRMS to assume responsibility for supporting a continuing implementation of Oracle Release 12 HRMS and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). This is an opportunity to join our fast-paced and rapidly-growing environment, and to develop, support, and implement processes to meet the changing demands of our dynamic organization. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include HRMS requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and rollout of new functionality, custom interfaces, conversions, and reports where required. Additionally, as the Oracle BSA for HRMS, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new HRMS processes and applications. Oracle 11i (Release 12 is a plus) experience with an emphasis on Human Resources, Time and Labor, iRecruiting and Self Service HR modules are required.

General Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have the following: 4+ years of implementation or production support experience with Oracle HRMS Applications 11i; Expertise in Oracle HRMS best practices, including at least two full cycle implementations (at least one 11.5.10); Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business architecture and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems. An undergraduate degree is required and an advanced degree, experience with Oracle Workflow or Approvals Manager skills are desired.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development or modification of People Operations processes and programs to meet changing demands of a dynamic company
• Utilize Oracle HRMS knowledge to provide day-to-day support to HR system end-users.
• Support and test interface programs and results to facilitate information flow between Oracle HR and external systems
• Utilize strong analytical skills to generate organizational metrics to assist with business decisions
• Ensure timely and controlled access of HR information across the organization
• Manage user documentation and training for HR applications
• Educate users throughout the Human Resources division on appropriate input and update processes and techniques
• Serve as an HR department liaison to IT function.
• Ensure data integrity through periodic review and audit


Required Skills:

• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
• Consulting skills, including team facilitation, business case justification
• Confidence and credibility in communicating with all levels of business and technology team members
• Experience with Oracle Discoverer, ADP integration, and Compensation Workbench experience is a plus
• Experience in best practice of data security within the Oracle HR system suite
• Experience with AIM Methodology, Business Process Engineering and Project Management tools and/or similar ERP implementation methodologies is desired
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities
