We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team of professionals in locations throughout the US and Canada.

With assistance from the Cost and Budget Team develop SAP populated databases for project budget, commitment, cost and contract data collection, analysis and reporting, meeting program requirements for segregation and accumulation of project metrics for FTA, Cost Sharing and other funding Partners, and VTA Management. This includes:
1. Process and document mapping and engineering to optimize information documentation, collection, storage, retrieval and reporting.
2. Record, document and maintain file management systems (print and electronic media as appropriate)
3. Report design and production ( scheduled and ad hoc)
4. Train cost and budget staff in use, maintenance and enhancement of developed data bases, processes and systems.

Required Experience, Skills and Certifications:
Experience in Information systems and data base design; advanced MS Access, Crystal Reports knowledge and expertise.
Desirable Experience, Skills and Certifications:
Use of SAP financial management software. Cost Engineering knowledge and experience. Advanced written and interpersonal communications and training skills. Capital Project Administration Management Experience,
Education Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree
