YuMe is seeking a highly energetic IT engineer with exceptional organization, entrepreneurial & technical skills. This candidate will be
able to speak to technical and non-technical audiences with ease & act quickly in a highly customer oriented environment. This position is
located in our Redwood City, CA office. Will require some travel.


Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot computer problems in a quick and efficient manner with an eye towards providing good customer service for our
corporate office & remote offices.

* Support desktop and laptop hardware, Active Director authentication, access to network resources and standard windows
applications such as Microsoft Office 2007.

* Quickly setup and deploy new systems using imaging technology and other tools.

* Configure communication devices and peripherals.

* Efficiently restore PC Workstations/laptops to operational status

* Maintain & support E-mail services.

* Support Blackberries, and mail services for hand-held.

* Configure office routers, switches, firewalls, servers & backup systems.

* Work with our Network Operations team in datacenter support activities.

Requirements:

* BS in a technical field or equivalent .

* Windows certification a must.

* 3+ years of hands on technical experience supporting users in Windows & and Linux workstations and servers

* Expertise in troubleshooting *Windows* XP, MS Office

* Hands-on experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls servers & backup systems.

* Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams

* Good written and oral communication skills

* Detailed knowledge of Web-related technologies (HTTP/HTML, XML, TCP/IP)

*Experience in a Unix/Linux environment a plus.

* Must be proactive, self-directed, detailed, and organized

* Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
